The Gluten & Allergen Free Expo This Weekend in NJ

The Gluten and Allergen Free Expos (GFAF) are some of the largest and fastest growing special diet consumer events in the United States.

Since its humble beginnings in 2007, the events have expanded from one to seven cities around the states. The events are professionally managed and are dedicated to meeting the needs of the Celiac community, those with gluten sensitivities, and also welcomes those with auto-immune/inflammatory diseases, autism, athletes, as well as the health conscious and curious.

At the expo you will traverse over 150 merchant booths, talk to vendors, sample their amazing products, and take home fantastic coupons to purchase some of your favorites from your local market. Many vendors will have special expo discount prices for attendees to take advantage of.

This will be my second health conscious expo, and if it's anything like the green living and eating expo I went to earlier this year, then this is going to be a blast! It is very exciting to discover new products and snacks that are not harsh on my sensitive stomach, especially now that I discovered that too much gluten will kick my butt.

Aside from the obvious goodies, and freebies, the Expo will have a variety of authors, bloggers and other guests who will give informative classes related to the gluten and allergen-free lifestyles for newbies and veterans alike.

Even if you aren't currently suffering from any intolerances or allergies, The GFAF Expo is a great place to come discover beneficial new products and information to help you incorporate foods that are less inflammatory into your lifestyle.
